All Platforms: Choose Your Plan
After installation, you'll see the pricing plans:
| Plan | Price | Credits/month | Stores | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| No plan | $0/month | None | 1 | Exploring every app before you commit |
| Growth | $49/month | 10,000 | Up to 3 | Small stores getting started |
| Professional | $179/month | 32,250 | Up to 3 | Growing stores with broader automation |
| Business | $1,299/month | 292,500 | Up to 10 | Multi-store operations |
| Enterprise | $3,999/month | 975,000 | Unlimited | High-volume teams |
Every plan includes every app, at no extra cost and with no cap on how many you install — that is true before you pay too. What a paid plan adds is AI credits.
All paid plans also include:
- Every AI agent
- 50% credit rollover
- Priority support
Credits meter your AI usage: a typical chat turn costs about 16. You can buy a credit top-up at any time from Billing, under the Usage tab.
What are modules?
Modules are powerful features you deploy to your store (like reviews, loyalty programs, chatbots). See Understanding Modules for details.
Explore first, pay when you want AI
You do not have to choose anything here. With no plan you can connect your store, open every app, and run unlimited store health and security audits. There is no trial period and no signup credits: the first time you ask for AI work, Synton asks you to pick a plan.
When you are ready:
- Choose a plan (monthly or yearly — yearly saves about 17%)
- Enter your payment details:
- Shopify: Billed through Shopify billing, on your Shopify invoice
- WooCommerce/BigCommerce/PrestaShop/Magento, or no store connected: Billed via Stripe
- Click Confirm
Your credits appear on your balance as soon as the payment confirms.
Step 4: Grant Additional Permissions (Optional)
For advanced features, Synton AI may request additional permissions:
Meta Ads Optimizer
- If you want AI-powered Meta advertising, you'll connect your Facebook Business account later
- This is optional and can be done from Settings
Google Ads
- For Google Ads management, you'll connect your Google Ads account
- Also optional and configurable later
You can skip these during installation and set them up when ready.
