Report Abuse

Synton hosts storefronts and sends email on behalf of independent merchants. If you believe a store, page, email, or account powered by Synton violates our Acceptable Use Policy or the law, report it to abuse@synton.ai. Include:

• The URL of the storefront or page, or the full headers of the email
• What you believe is wrong (fraud, counterfeit goods, phishing, illegal products, spam, harmful content, …)
• Any evidence that helps us verify the report
• Your contact details if you are willing to answer follow-up questions (anonymous reports are accepted)

We review reports promptly — prioritized by severity — and take action ranging from content removal to account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. Reports of content involving minors are treated with absolute priority.

If you are a rights holder and believe content hosted by Synton infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to abuse@synton.ai with the subject "IP Infringement Notice" containing:

• Identification of the protected work or mark (registration details where applicable)
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material
• Your name, organization, and contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them
• Your physical or electronic signature

On receipt of a complete notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the merchant, who may submit a counter-notice. Repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.

If you received unwanted email sent through Synton, forward it with full headers to abuse@synton.ai. Every marketing email we deliver includes an unsubscribe link; opt-outs are enforced platform-wide through suppression lists. Merchants who violate our email rules lose sending privileges.

If you have found a security vulnerability in Synton itself, please practice responsible disclosure: report it to abuse@synton.ai with the subject "Security", give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure, and do not access data that is not yours. We do not pursue good-faith security research conducted within these bounds.

For privacy concerns about Synton's own data practices, contact privacy@synton.ai (see our Privacy Policy). For data collected by a specific merchant's store, contact that merchant first — they are the controller of their customers' data — and copy us if you need help reaching them.
