How do I get started with Synton?: Create your workspace, then connect Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento, or start with no store at all. Agent actions leave readable receipts, and supported product and store-setting changes can be undone from history.
How do I control what the agents do?: You set what each agent may work on, area by area — it is a list of capabilities, not a spending limit. Agents watch and propose; nothing reaches your store until you approve it or ask for it in chat. Spending needs its own explicit grant, and the helpdesk has a refund ceiling you set. Supported product and store-setting changes can be undone from history.
Is my data secure?: Yes. We authenticate with OAuth 2.0 and never store your platform credentials. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we are GDPR compliant.
What happens if I run out of credits?: You are warned as you approach your limit. Top up at any time or set a spending cap. Failed actions are never billed.
