Overview
This policy covers cookies and similar technologies across three surfaces: the marketing site (synton.ai), the product (app.synton.ai and our apps), and merchant storefronts powered by Synton. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on any of them.
On synton.ai (Marketing Site)

The product functions without third-party cookies and works in private browsing modes.
On Merchant Storefronts
Storefronts hosted by Synton may set cookies controlled by the merchant who runs the store:
- Essential commerce cookies: cart contents, checkout session, locale
- Behavioral analytics: if the merchant enables Synton analytics, a first-party identifier supports visit measurement, session recordings, and heatmaps — processed by Synton on the merchant's behalf
- Merchant-added tags: merchants may add their own third-party pixels or tags, which are governed by the merchant's own privacy notice
The merchant is the controller for cookies on their storefront and is responsible for any consent banner and disclosures their jurisdiction requires. If you have questions about a specific store's cookies, contact that merchant.
Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for sign-in and checkout to work. Where a consent banner is shown, you can change your choices at any time from the link in the site footer.
