AI inventory, pricing, ads and support

It does the daily work. You focus on the decisions that matter.

Set what each agent may touch and where your limits are. It works inside them, writes down what it did, and stops to ask when a job crosses one.

What you put an agent on

AI inventory management

Watch cover, not stock counts, so you reorder while there is still time.

For exampleFlags Signature Ring at 11 hours of cover and drafts the reorder at your usual quantity.

Pricing

Follow the market down and back up, and stop for your yes before a price would break your margin floor.

For exampleOvernight it drafted new prices for 34 slow movers, and flagged the two that would have gone under your 42% margin.

Support

Answer the easy tickets, draft the hard ones, and stop at your refund ceiling.

For exampleHandled 38 where-is-my-order messages; drafted the €340 refund and left it for you.

Reviews

Ask for more reviews, answer the easy ones, pass the rest to you.

For exampleReplied to 23 four-and-five-star reviews; escalated the two that mention a fault.

Marketing

Move budget toward what is paying and off what is not.

For examplePaused the ad set that spent €180 for one order and put it on the one at €12 a sale.

Customers

Surface the accounts worth a message before they go quiet for good.

For exampleLists the 14 repeat buyers who have not ordered in 90 days, with what they bought.

You can check any of it, whenever you want.

Every run keeps what it read, the rule it followed, and who approved it.

What Synton reads
  • 7 sellable units across Paris, Lyon and Geneva
  • 11 hours of stock cover at the current order rate
  • Your 42% minimum contribution margin
What Synton changes
  • Reserve 4 pieces for the clients most likely to buy
  • Pause the acquisition spend that is losing money on this ring
  • Draft the refund, and wait for you on it
What you can check
  • Stops and asks before a price under your 42% contribution margin
  • A receipt for every change: what it read, the rule it followed, who approved it
  • Product changes undo in one click. Other changes keep a snapshot for manual recovery, and some cannot be undone at all
04 / 04

What it does not do

  • Give an agent a minimum margin and it stops and asks before any price that would break it, the same way it stops at the refund ceiling you set. Prices you set yourself are yours — Synton writes them as given.
  • It will not act on data it cannot read. An agent with nothing connected stays idle rather than guessing.
  • It will not choose your strategy. You decide which jobs it takes and what it may touch.
