Memory Management

The AI remembers information about your store to personalize interactions.

What's Stored in Memory

Location: Settings → Memory → View Memory

Categories:

Brand Identity:

  • Brand voice and tone
  • Target audience
  • Unique selling points
  • Brand colors and fonts

Business Context:

  • Product types and categories
  • Seasonal patterns
  • Best-sellers
  • Business goals

Preferences:

  • Your preferred workflows
  • Common requests
  • Style preferences
  • Typical discount amounts

Technical Details:

  • Theme structure
  • Custom code patterns
  • Integration specifics

Example memory:

Brand Voice: Friendly and eco-conscious
Target Audience: Millennials (25-35), urban, sustainability-focused
Best Seller: Bamboo Water Bottle
Brand Colors: Primary #2ECC71 (green), Secondary #3498DB (blue)
Typical Discount: 10% for first-time customers
Seasonal: Summer sale June-August
Preference: Always preview theme changes before publishing

Adding to Memory

Method 1: Direct command

Remember: We run a flash sale every Friday at 3pm
Remember: Our audience is primarily located in California
Remember: Use "eco-friendly" more than "sustainable"

Method 2: During conversation

The AI automatically remembers important details you mention:

You: "My brand targets health-conscious professionals who care about sustainability"
AI: "I'll remember that your brand targets health-conscious professionals focused on sustainability. This will help me generate more relevant content for you."

Method 3: Memory Settings

Memory Best Practices

Seasons change, products evolve:

Update memory: Our best seller is now the Steel Tumbler (was Bamboo Bottle)

3. Organize by Category

Group related information:

  • All brand voice details together
  • All product info together
  • All seasonal patterns together
